It is mandatory to follow the following rules of discipline in letter and spirit for enrolled students at Govt. Jinnah Islamia College, Sialkot. If some student is found in violating these rules, punitive action shall be taken against him/her. 

1. It is compulsory for all students to attend Dars-e-Quran, as college opens, before the commencement of classes.
2. Prescribed uniforms and College Identity Card are mandatory for all enrolled students otherwise entry in college campus is prohibited strictly.

4. Students are directed to maintain highest standard of behavior and discipline both inside and outside the College.
5. Students are required to improve and maintain consistency in their performance in the College examinations in order to get Roll No. slip for final exam of Board/University.
6. They shall strictly observe the disciplinary rules framed by the College. Violation of which will be dealt by the Principal in the manner he considers fit and his decision will be final.
7. On the first bell, students shall assemble in the rooms and wait silently for the teacher. When the teacher enters the classroom the students shall rise   and remain standing till they are asked to sit.
8. No student shall enter the class or leave the class without the permission of the teacher.
9. The college administrator keeps a close watch on the students’ attendance, progress and conduct.
10. Irregular attendance, indifference in regard to class work and examination, discourtesy towards teachers, insubordination, obscenity in word and act,        willful damage to College property, anti social activities etc. are liable for disciplinary action which includes expulsion from the College.
11. Attendance to the College functions like College assembly, seminars, group discussions, etc. are obligatory to all students.

13. No meeting shall be convened, no outside person shall be invited, no publication shall be issued and no canvassing and mobilizing of the students for any particular purpose shall be made without the prior    permission of the Principal.
14. The Principal shall have the power to expel any student from the College if the student is guilty of serious misconduct or student’s presence in the        College is injurious to the order and discipline.
15. Late comers can enter the class only if permitted by the teacher. They may be marked present by him/her at the end of class only if there is sufficient   reason for being late.
16. Use of Mobile phones and smoking are strictly banned inside the campus for all students. If found, a fine of 1000/- will be charged with a      warning letter.
17. Every student should possess his/her identity card issued by the College which should be displayed. If it is lost, new card will be issued with a fine 500/-. The card shall have to produce whenever asked for specially        when dealing with the office.
18. The College has developed the tradition of a homely informal atmosphere of freedom with responsibility, treating one another with love and respect.   We have proud Alumni who have set very good tradition.
19. There is nothing that can substitute for self discipline and a serious devotion to duty, a spirit of respect and love for all that is good, noble and beautiful in life. The College expects students to keep their vision high and solicit cooperation of the parents to minimize the necessity of enforcing      rules and regulations.
20. Students are expected to treat the College as their own and to cooperate in its efficient and smooth running.
21. Loitering and wasting time on the College campus and canteen causes indiscipline on the College campus and that must be avoided rather they must ensure their free time in library.
